Sweet but small double room available

I'm looking for a new flatmate to share my small but well equipped flat near the river in Cambridge from January. The flat itself is a recently renovated two bedroom flat with a shared kitchen, living space and bathroom. The flat overlooks a communal garden with an orchard and pond, which contains a family of moorhens. There's also parking available.

The bedroom itself is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.

I'm a professional working on climate change and enjoy running, swimming, pilates, singing and drawing. I'm relatively social and am often out a few evenings in the week.

I'm looking for someone who's a good fit and would enjoy sharing meals, a glass of wine on occasion and taking part in the odd dinner party and games! I'd prefer a woman as the flat is relatively small and the household is currently all female.
