We have two rooms available in a great location, very close to the city center, bus stops, and shops. CB4 3DZ

One double room and one single.
Room 4 £625 (double)
Room 3 £600 (single)

There is a spacious kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room, and two toilets. There is a place to lock the bikes. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are outside the kitchen.

All bills are included except broadband (we split the costs between)

Also, I would like you to tell me a little bit about yourself, so we can pick the right people to enjoy living at the same premises.
