Single room to rent, in homely 3 bed house share.

We are looking for the final addition to our 3 bedroom house, close to the centre of Cambridge. House includes, shared lounge, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a large garden. All bills are included. I (25F) and another person (23F) are currently in residence, with the addition of my friendly cat Monty. We are a super social house hold, love a coffee and a chat, as well as binge watching a good series on Netflix. We are looking for someone who enjoys socialising in the house and who is happy to help with cleaning the communal areas. The house is located fairly close to Cambridge city centre, only a 10 minute bus ride into the grand arcade. There is on road parking available. There is also a leisure gym just a 2 minute walk round the corner and plenty of shops nearby.
