Friendly professional house in Trumpington

Myself and my housemate Petra are looking to recruit a new member to our house. Our current housemate shall be moving out late December so the move in would be in the new year.

We are a friendly relaxed household that work in Cambridgeshire as a nurse and a scientist. The house is well kept and ideally situated for transport links in and out of Cambridge. We have a large living room ajoined to the dining room. All facilities in the house are modern and we also have a large garden and large garage.

The neighbourhood is quiet and safe with ample street parking and well situated for amenities.

Petra and I both like cooking and baking and so the house is quite social. We ideally are looking for someone who is clean and tidy like us, who is friendly and also a young professional. I work shifts so could be on nights so again being respectful of your housemates is very important to us.
