Friendly house near the station

House of 5 advertising one room double room. Currently occupied by a house full of young professionals. We're a friendly welcoming bunch that like to have fun but are respectful of each other and the communal space.

The place comes with a large kitchen kitted with a dishwasher, a washing machine, hob and plenty of fridge/freezer space.
There's also a shared living room and a spare room (primarily used as a laundry room + bike storage). There are 2 bathroom/toilets and an additional downstairs loo. We've also got a spacious garden with a bike shed.

We are a social, friendly house and are always up for pub quizzing 🎉 as well as wholesome activities like movie nights and meals together. We love a games night together as well as quieter evenings sorting our own things out! We are looking for a fun and sociable person who we can be friends with and not just live with, who is also tidy and respectful of the space. We also currently have a cleaning rota and have a nice communal arrangement with pots, pans, dishes, etc!!

Also we have a big garden for Cambridge if anyone's keen to help maintain it! It's a work in progress for spring at the moment but we have a communal bbq and garden log burner so is great in the summer

We don't currently have any pets but know that in the past our landlord has allowed them


Also if you need you can pay for a parking permit / guest parking permits
**** Info about the room
Rent is paid every 4 weeks (£664). (Equates to ~£719 a month before bills) Furniture to be bought with the room (£420). Bills paid 4th of every month (£150).
Bills include: council tax (band F), water, Internet, gas& electricity, a tv license, a cleaner to visit for 2.5hrs fortnightly, communal toilet roll, dishwasher tabs etc)
