Description

A spacious, well-appointed and fully-furnished room with comfortable double bed is available in a clean, welcoming and airy two bedroom apartment in the desirable Orchard Park development. The apartment has recently has had a new wood laminate floor fitted, as well as a new bathroom. Further upgrades are planned to make the apartment even more comfortable to live in.

The room itself has a view over a small park, a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, and very large built-in wardrobe with plenty of room for storage.

The apartment is situated on the second floor of a modern and tasteful building. There is a large lounge/diner, a fitted kitchen with built-in appliances (including a washing machine, fridge and freezer), a balcony overlooking a pretty park and a brand new modern bathroom with a bath/shower. Free car parking is available on a quiet road beside the apartment, and the new tenant will have access to a locked bike shed.

The area is quiet, and well-positioned. It is only:
- 5 minutes by bike to the Science Park,
- 1-2 minute on foot to a guided bus-way station,
- 10 minutes by bus / bike to the city centre,
- 10 minutes by bike to Cambridge North train station,
- 20 minutes by car to Addenbrookes, and
- 2-3 minutes by car to the A14, with quick access to the
M11.
- A couple of minutes walk, run or bike to the
Cambridgeshire countryside (the busway is ideal for
walks, as well as running and cycle training).

The apartment will be shared with me, Seb, a 35 year old professional working for BBC Radio Cambridgeshire. I'm friendly and easy going, so you'll have plenty of space to do your own thing, as well as someone to chat to if you'd like.

My former flatmate Danny owns the apartment. He moved out when he left Cambridge to take a new job. We're looking for a tenant who can keep the place nice and clean. A regular cleaner is included within the price to help with this.

Professional / post-graduate students preferred. Rent includes all bills.
