Lovely double room available from September

Hi all,

I'm a PhD student and I'm looking for a female student to take over my room and share with another female PhD student.

The room is a spacious small double and comes fully furnished. The flat has a living room with large windows, so it gets a lot of sunshine and there's a semi-open kitchen and dining area. It was refurbished not long ago. There's also a lot of storage available outside of the bedroom: two smaller storage spaces and a large walk-in one. It's located in Chesterton, CB4. There's a Co-op 2 mins walk away, the city centre is a 15 mins bike ride and the river is a 15 mins walk.

The price is approx £650 per month averaged throughout the year including everything but depends on the monthly bills. It's available for a female student from the 22nd of September.

For a non-student, you would have to pay the council tax on top yourself (council tax band C).
