Lovely en-suite modern room available

Hello! I'm Syeda, a PhD student at ARU Cambridge.

I'm a tenant at a lovely, modern duplex apartment which is only 10 minute walk from the station (CB1). The room is a double en-suite, with a double bed and large windows. The bathroom is spacious and modern. We also have a washer/dryer unit. There's parking available in the underground garage, green spaces around the apartment complex, a gorgeous open-plan kitchen, a shared living room and a large balcony.

I've lived here for 3 years and have had no issues, landlord is very kind and responsive.
