Lovely en-suite modern room available

Hello! I'm Syeda, a PhD student at ARU Cambridge.

I'm a tenant at a lovely, modern duplex apartment which is only 10 minute walk from the station (CB1). The flat to rent is actually the flat next door (the flats are identical) , landlord owns both flats but is selling ours. My flatmate was supposed to move with me but she dropped out last minute and I'm hoping to find someone soon. The area is lovely and very safe and quiet and our landlord is super nice as well!

The room is a double en-suite, with a wardrobe and large windows. The bathroom is spacious and modern. We also have a washer/dryer unit. There's parking available in the underground garage, green spaces around the apartment complex, a gorgeous open-plan kitchen, a shared living room and a large balcony.
