Quiet street 8 min cycle / 30 min walk to the centre of town. Cycle parking in the garden enclosed by a fence, and free on-street car parking.

- 6 min cycle / 21 min walk to Cambridge North station
- 11 min cycle / 36 min walk to Cambridge Central station
- 6 min walk to Aldi
- 9 min walk to Tesco Superstore by Newmarket Rad

Basic furniture and good storage included. Bathroom with shower opposite this room on the first floor and shared with 2 other tenants.

Shared kitchen/living room includes oven with 4 hobs, kettle, fridge freezer, additional fridge, microwave, toaster and washing machine, with additional ground floor toilet adjoining, dishwasher.

I am currently a resident landlord but will be moving out. The current occupants who will be staying are my long-time friend/other resident landlord John, and our two other friends who are working professionals. The house is fairly social and relaxed, we have a cleaning rota for basic chores that rotates weekly. The living room has a large TV and sofabed for guests, and there is another sofabed on the 2nd floor. The current occupants often play board games together, go the gym and the pub, so any new tenant would be welcome to join any of this. We are looking for someone who is ideally a working professional or graduate doing further studies, enjoys a bit of socialising with the house, and who is clean and tidy.

References preferred. 1 month's rent deposit. Minimum 6 month but longer preferred.
