Double room with ensuite bathroom to rent in a very nice two bedroom flat. Flat is in a very modern building in a quiet street ideally located close to the train station.
The flat is on two floors, with the rooms upstairs and the living-room/kitchen downstairs. Both rooms have their own ensuite bathroom with toilets.
The room already has bed and mattress, as well as a built-in wardrobe, and there is space for a desk if needed (as I have a smaller room, my desk is in the living room). Ensuite has toilet, shower and plenty of space.
The living-room/kitchen is also partly furnished and has dining area as well as sofas. The living room is very nice and has plenty of space for both people to spend time there and do their own thing. Kitchen comes fully equipped, with fridge/freezer. There is also an additional small room downstairs with lots of storage space, a washing machine and toilets. The flat also has a spacious balcony which is very nice in the summer.
Building has an underground car park, with one allocated parking space that I am not using, as well as secure underground bike park.
You will share the flat with me, a software engineer working at Arm. I am looking for a professional who wants to live in a friendly and quiet place, and who will do their part in keeping the place clean and tidy.
The rent without bills is £1115.
All together it probably comes to £1300 max, although with a new tenant a new contract will be made which may mean a rent increase as well.
