Short walk to the river/ city centre and great transport links (7 min cycle/bus to centre). The room is carpeted with a shallow bay window and comes unfurnished.

About us;
You'll be sharing with Megan (34) and Gemma (40). Gemma has lived here since August 2022, and Meg since January 2023. Meg is a PhD student in her second year, so works between her office & the house. Gemma has just completed a MSc in Sustainable Food and works for a sustainable food organisation in Cambridge.

We are both really chilled out, respectful and friendly. We like the occasional take away, movie night or BBQ in the garden together but also appreciate our own space, and prefer to keep the house pretty chill!

We absolutely love living here and aim to make the house and garden a lovely place to be so we are looking for someone who's keen to get involved & make this their home.

Viewings will be taking place w/c 9th December and the room will be available from Saturday 18th January. We rent through a (lovely) agent who'll need to do reference checks which usually take a week to process.

Room comes unfurnished but our housemate who's leaving would be keen to sell the current furniture (double bed and wardrobe) if needed :-)
