I am looking for a lodger to occupy a spacious double bedroom in my two-bedroom flat. The room is available fully furnished and comes with an adjacent bathroom.

I will be staying in the flat (second bedroom) for 2–3 nights per month. You will have the flat to yourself for the remainder of the time.
