Bedroom with double bed in 4 bed houseshare located just off Mill Road. We are a friendly group of PhD students aged 26-30. The house has a spacious well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. There is a family bathroom upstairs (excellent water pressure) and a second bathroom downstairs. The living room is a good size, containing a sofa and large dining table and chairs. There is side access to a back garden which allows for easy bike storage. Excellent location surrounded by lots of independent pubs, cafes and restaurants. 6 min cycle to the station, 10 min cycle into town and 12 min cycle to Addenbrooke's. Deposit is £634. Students are exempt from council tax, however if you are not a student, the council tax will be approximately £125 a month. Applicants able to rent till end of August 2025 are preferred.
