Double-room in Romsey

This is a lovely room in CB1 near pubs, shops, and parks. The room and house are fully furnished. There is one main bathroom and an upstairs toilet, shared kitchen and living room, and a gorgeous garden.

The house is shared with two roommates; both are friendly, clean, and always down for a chat/movie night. Both are professionals (one is working in the arts and the other in tech) and we would ideally like another professional. We are also all vegan and/or vegetarian so would be looking for a vegetarian/vegan to join the house as we share some foodstuffs. We also foster cats and are currently looking after an angel named Benj - ideally we would be looking for someone who is able to help with feeding/cleaning the litter tray on occasion too :)

All bills inc and move in would be end of Jan or Feb 1st latest.
