One of our housemates is moving out, so we're looking for a 3rd professional to join us in renting our modern 3-bed flat in Cambridge (CB2). The available room is the middle bedroom (unfurnished). Bills are not included.

The current rent on the room is £855, but expect that the landlord may increase this: we are estimating a new rent of approximately £875 for the room.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The available room is the middle bedroom. The bedroom itself is semi-furnished with a low single bed, a chest of drawers and a cupboard - we are happy for you to swap the existing bed to a double bed if you wished for one as it will fit. We have sofas, a coffee table, TV and dining table (see photos) in the living area. The property has a large living room area and was refurbished a few years ago. Our flat also has a lovely balcony area going across all three rooms, accessible from the living room. We're currently trying to grow some strawberries on the balcony!

The property is a 10-15 min walk from Cambridge railway station and is just in front of the Leisure Centre, where there are restaurants, shops and leisure activities e. g. bowling, gym, cinema.

ABOUT US
We both have experience house sharing and renting previously. We've been living in this flat for a couple of years and consider ourselves to be kind, respectful and tidy people. We enjoy cooking, going on walks and doing cosy activities.
