- The ground floor has the shared living room and kitchen, while the first floor includes two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. (You can play FIFA on PS5 with my flatmate or watch movies on a big screen TV.)

- Fully furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobe, large desk, and chair — ideal for remote work or study.
