We're looking for two friendly new housemates to join our lovely home as two of our current housemates will sadly be leaving us at the end of July and August.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
Our beautiful house is located just off Mill Road, so plenty of opportunities for having a nice meal or grabbing a coffee or a pint :)
- 5 bedroom semi-detached property
- Off-road parking (parking permits available for about £80 per year if required)
- Large open plan kitchen/living room
- 1 bathroom w/ toilet, a small toilet room and a separate shower room.
- Direct side-gate access (great for bikes) to garden and shed (where bikes can be stored).
ABOUT THE ROOMS
Room 1 - £551 per month
A cozy and comfortable double room at the back of the house, facing the garden, so very private. Has a built-in wardrobe with a rail and shelves, and a sink.
Available from the 1st-6th of August.
Room 2 - £631 per month
A larger, bright, and spacious room at the front of the house, facing the street. Also with a built-in wardrobe and sink.
Available from the 1st of September.
Bills are not included. Council tax is £70 per month, plus about £80 per month for the rest (internet, gas, electricity, water).
ABOUT US
We are a friendly and easy-going group of professionals (2 males and 1 female) on regular working timetables who enjoy a relaxed and harmonious living environment. We love spending time together, whether it's sharing meals, watching movies, or just having a chat in the living room, and are therefore definitely looking for sociable people who'd love to be a part of our little "home". Oh and we also have a beautiful garden, so prepare for BBQs in summer (if it ever stops raining) and the occasional trampoline jumping session.
