Well located for supermarkets and accessing public transport (bus stop at end of road) - off road parking for the house, large shared living room with dining area, tv with most streaming platforms, enclosed garden (with guinea pigs) and line to hang washing, large kitchen with good storage. Unfurnished room, sharing a bathroom with 1 other.

Current housemates enjoy both going out and staying in - gigs, pubs, quizzes, going to the river (paddleboarding/swimming), dining out, cooking together (trying to do this more often).

We're an all girl house and want to keep it that way. Various professions including charity project officer, letting agent and mental health nurse - none of us work remotely and we're looking for someone to match (sorry home workers!).

Would very much suit someone who enjoys a good balance of socialising and privacy and respectful of shared spaces and noise levels.
