This property is located off Newmarket Road, Cambridge with easy access to Ditton Meadows and the cycle way to Cambridge North station. We are looking for a quiet professional person to rent the studio flat which adjoins our house. Please note this is not suitable for couples. The flat has its own entrance leading into a galley style kitchen which is equipped with fridge, hob and electric oven. The utility area with washing machine is shared. Leading off from the kitchen is a separate bedroom/ living room with desk, chair, bed and built in wardrobe. A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet adjoins the bedroom. There is parking available for one car outside in the drive. All bills included.
