We’re looking for a housemate to join our friendly house share just off Mill road as our other housemate are sadly moving out of Cambridge.
The house has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room, garden with bike storage and separate utility. The rent is £500 a month and we’re currently paying around £140 a month in bills. It’s got lots of parking, 5 minute walk from shops and pubs and plenty of bike storage!
There are 2 bedrooms shown in the ad but only 1 available as Beth (current housemate) might switch rooms, however this can be discussed.
About us:
Charlotte, Beth and Vic (mid 20s) both work Mon-Fri so are pretty chill in the week but always up for a pub quiz, house meal and watching some Netflix too!
