Located in a leafy suburb about 2 miles from Cambridge City Centre close to Addenbrookes Hospital, several double rooms available with super fast WiFi and all the usual amenities, all bills included. Each room features a double bed, double wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair.

The house meets all relevant rental health & safety guidelines, including all room doors being 'thumb key' lockable and there is an interlinked smoke alarm system, so definitely no smoking in the house.

All amenities are shared between all occupants (including the landlord). There are two toilets, one downstairs and one upstairs within a bathroom, plus two separate shower units, continuous hot water throughout. The large kitchen with a 6-seater table has two large fridge freezers, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave etc.

Several non-reservable off-road parking spaces are available, and the large private garden is a great place to relax. Everyone welcome.
