The house features an open-plan living room and kitchen area, which is spacious and well-appointed. It includes all essential amenities like wifi, a cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is on-road parking available, as well as a large garden for relaxation.

Located off Milton Road - The North Cambridge area boasts excellent facilities including a supermarket, grocers, bakery, post office, and the Cambridge North Station. The Science Park is just a 5-minute bike ride away, and the station, providing a fast rail link to London, is an 8-10 minute cycle. Regular buses also service the route into Central Cambridge.

You'll be sharing the home with a family that includes two girls, aged 8 and 16. The family will be on the ground floor and your room will be on the first floor.

We are looking for a female occupant, who is either a student or a young professional. The room is available for a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of extending the stay.
