3 week short let

I am visiting home for three weeks and want to short let my 1 bedroom flat for 3 weeks from 11th January till 02 February. It's a really cute self-contained one bedroom flat and it is furnished with all amenities. There's an oven and cookstove, washing machine, fridge, and a TV in the living room. It's important for me to find someone I can trust. So please can I ask you to tell me a little about yourself and your purpose for being in Cambridge. The place I stay in Arbury is a 20 minute walk to the city centre. I am happy for you to use my bike if you would like to while you are here.
