Double room in a two bedroom riverfront flat

Hi :) I'm looking for a new housemate to move in to a two bedroom flat in a gated community overlooking the river.

The room is big enough to add additional furniture but already has a large built in wardrobe and comes with an en-suite with a shower and a bath. It has a comfy double bed with two bedside tables with drawers.

There's a large shared living room and dining area, and a big kitchen with a dishwasher. There is also a balcony, a private garage, and parking spots reserved for residents. The balcony is great in wet weather as the rain doesn't come on to it so you can sit outside and watch the rain if that's something you enjoy.

The tenancy ends in August but can potentially be extended after that time.

Message me to ask anything you'd like to know about me or the property, and tell me a little about yourself :) I work at the science park, which is less than a 15 minute cycle away, and enjoy cooking so would love to find someone who enjoys being made lots of good food.

I'm unsure on what the deposit will be as this will be taking over the contract for my old housemate who is moving out of Cambridge.
