New Double bedroom in a lovely community

It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom flat, the advertised room is 860/ month, bills not included.

The flat is located in CB2, it takes 15mins to central Cambridge, by bus 🚌 or cycle 🚲. The bus station is in front of the building.

Also there is a secure room for bikes. There is an underground parking space but I’m using it. You could also park next to the building. The building is in a very nice community with a lot of green areas and activity spaces.

The flat is nice just don’t have much in it as it was an unfurnished flat and there’s only furnitures that I brought here. We can use somethings together which I don’t mind. But if you accidentally damaged it or break them please buy a replacement.

There are a lot of sunlight in the flat and everything is almost brand new. It’s a modern flat so it has very good quality washing machine ( washer/ dryer) , dishwasher, shower over bath🛁 etc.

I have 900 GB internet speed for 55 pounds a month, electricity is about 100/ month, varies in different seasons.

I am Chinese and am a physics teacher. I don’t smoke and don’t have pet.

I wish my future flatmate is quite clean and tidy, not smoking at home or partying too much. We can also pay for cleaners each week or each fortnight together if needed.
