Hi,
We are a freindly house of young professionals looking to fill a room in a north Cambridge houseshare, as our current flatmate is leaving Cambridge
Room is currently furnished with a single bed, however the landlord has said they could put 100 quid towards getting a bigger one.
We are really sociable and do lots of things as a house. So we would be looking for someone similar to join us. Currently the house is 1 girl and 2 guys and ideally we want to keep the gender split even.
Shared space includes a spacious living room, kitcken/utility room, and rear garden. Garage space for storage etc. Is also available.
