3-bedroom house nr.mill road, available 1st of Sep

Looking for three postgraduate students or working professionals to rent out my 3-bedroom house whilst I am away. V. happy to consider shorter contract to accommodation the Universities term times (e. g. 1st of Sept - 30th June 2025). Will consider having a couple in the largest room for an additional £100pcm.

The property is in a nice area of Cambridge, a short walk (~15 minutes) to the main train station and a 25-minute walk to the city centre, with lots of excellent pubs, and restaurants on the doorstep - just off mill road.

Furniture and some kitchenware included.

- Bike storage available in rear garden outbuilding (see photos).

- The street has on-road free parking (if needed)

- All bills included in the rent. Internet, TV license & council tax not included (students will be exempt but have to apply).

- Annual electricity and gas safety checks

- There is 1 large bathroom inc. (bath and shower) for all house members to use.
- Communal use of the kitchen/living area
- Local shops (mill road) are only a few minutes walk away from the house and the large Sainsburys on Brook road is only 2-5 minutes' walk.
- Terrace-style townhouse. The view out of the second bedroom looks out onto some quiet, peaceful allotments.

Will consider shorter time contracts and pets depending on circumstances. The maximum length of stay is 1 year.
