This is a sub-letted, four-bedroom house with one room available to share with two young professionals from April to September. We are looking for a third housemate to share the space with us until September, when the owners will return.

The property is in Grantchester Meadows, a ten-minute walk from the Sidgwick Site, and a 5-minute walk to Newnham Village. A stream runs through the garden, which faces onto the Paradise bird nature reserve. The property is furnished. There is a large garden, spacious and equipped kitchen, two living room areas with fireplaces, an office, and a spare bedroom. There are two shared bathrooms. Parking is available.

The rent includes council tax but not bills.
