We are situated in a prime location at the heart of Cambridge walking distance to the city center, train station, botanical gardens and easy access to adenbrokes hospital.

there are 2 rooms available one is a double bedroom and a dressing/sitting room. both are part and inclusive of the rental available. Responsibilities of keeping your rooms clean and communal areas must be left clean at all times. There is a weekly shared deep cleaning as per the agreed rota.

we share the kitchen and bathroom only, all bills are included in the rent including council tax.
