An intelligent, educated older couple are seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

The wife is mainly bed bound due to various health issues and would appreciate some friendly company to alleviate her boredom, and they would both benefit from a little help including picking up shopping, making a few evening meals, light practical help around the home, plus the extra friendly presence from having a Sharer living with them.

The accommodation on offer is a furnished double room and shared use of the bathroom and separate shower room, kitchen, sitting room and garden.

The property is in an excellent residential location just a mile from the centre of Cambridge (less than 10 mins cycle).

The wife has a love of Italy (including the food, culture and language) as well as reading the newspaper, and sometimes playing card games and Scrabble and she feels up to it.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of their interests.
