About myself - I'm a 26 y/o researcher currently based at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus where Addenbrooke's is located. I will be in the laboratory everyday from Monday to Friday from 9am-6pm usually. I am extremely sociable, and always end up being close friends with whoever I have shared a property with. I expect things to be tidy (not overly tidy) and not messy, especially in the kitchen/living room area.

There is currently a Turkish female aged 24 who has taken up one of the rooms and she has a preference of having another female presence in the flat as she just arrived in the UK. However, if the situation changes, I personally have no gender preference, so a male may still inquire about the flat.

I am looking for any individual who is sociable, tidy, and respectful who would be keen on sharing this flat with me. I totally understand the massive inflation in price, especially at this area, so I would also be open to a realistic negotiation of this property! I wouldn't mind any ages, students and professionals, as well as couples who are keen on this property as long as you would be able to move in ASAP!
