Double ensuite room in a friendly houseshare (CB4)

We have a furnished double bed ensuite room available in a friendly shared house in CB4 (near Aldi) for 5 weeks while one housemate is away (30 Oct 2024 - 08 Dec 2024). There is some flexibility on the end date. Rent is £172.50 per week, with all bills & council tax included. The deposit is £577. The ensuite includes a sink, toilet and shower as pictured. The shared kitchen includes a dishwasher, 2-in-1 washer dryer, hobs, fan oven and microwave. The sound isolation in the room is not the best, so it's not suitable for very noise-sensitive people, but the other housemates are very reasonable & considerate!

There are six rooms in total, the other housemates are aged between 29-32, 3 working and 2 students, mostly doing our own thing but with some shared meals & activities. There is a back yard which is useful for bike storage. We're very close to a bus stop on Histon road too. Please message for viewings if interested!
