Ensuite room in shared house (CB4)

We have a fully-furnished ground-floor ensuite room available in a shared house in CB4 (near Aldi) from 29 March 2026 for 5 months. There may be an option to continue renting from 15 Aug 2026 on a renewed contract, although there may be an increase in price. Rent is £750 per month, with all bills & council tax included. The deposit is £577.

The ensuite includes a sink, toilet and shower as pictured. The shared kitchen includes a dishwasher, 2-in-1 washer dryer, hobs, fan oven, a microwave, as well as fridge, freezer and cupboard space. Please note that this room is next to the shared kitchen, so it is not suitable for very noise-sensitive people.

There are six rooms in total, the other housemates are young professionals aged between 25-30. There is a back yard which is useful for bike storage. We're very close to a bus stop on Histon road too. Please message for viewings if interested!
