Double Furnished Room available from 12th Dec

Double furnished bedroom in a friendly professional house share in Orchard Park. We’re a group of 3 male friends, with our current housemate leaving to move in with his partner. We’re all working professionals in the NHS at Royal Papworth Hospital and looking for a clean and friendly housemate to join the house.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms, a shared kitchen (x2 large fridge/freezers), large living room and 4 bathrooms (x2 ensuites). There’s a small garden with a patio, with plenty of space for summer BBQ’s. Plenty of free car parking outside the house.

The room available is for single occupancy, inclusive of all bills & council tax, and is available from the 12th December. The 3rd floor room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and storage cupboard and would involve sharing a bathroom with 1 other housemate.

We’ve been renting the property as a house (as opposed to individual bedroom lets) off the landlord for the past 5-years and have a great rapport with him.
