A double bedroom is available in a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in central Cambridge, just off Mill Road. The third bedroom is being used as an office/home gym so, two of us will be sharing the entire house.

Downstairs has a large living room/dining room, beautiful kitchen, downstairs toilet and lovely garden with secure storage for bikes.

Upstairs you have a bathroom, 2 double bedrooms + the office/home gym. The available room comes furnished.

Being in Central Cambridge, everything you could need is within 5-15mins walking distance.

5 mins from Coldhams Common park

You'll be living with me (Doug), a working professional with plenty of hobbies. I'm a chilled, clean and tidy person. I often travel for work and when I'm home I like to relax, cook, listen to music and see friends.

I'm looking for someone who is respectful and clean. I hope we can be friends and do activities together! I like to go running, hiking, kayaking, beach trips (and all the usual things like Netflix, bars, restaurants etc.). I'm open to all kinds of things.
