Large double room in friendly, central house share

Sadly our housemate is moving away so we are looking for a new housemate to join us!

About the house:

The property is in a GREAT location, at the top of Castle Hill, just a 10 min walk/5mins bike, to the city centre. The large double room is bright and is at the top of the house with the view over the garden (whole floor to yourself). Loads of storage in the eaves of the roof. The landlady offers the room unfurnished, however there is a bed, mattress and chest of drawers that the tenant leaving is selling.

The house is an attractive 3 bed, 3 storey, victorian terrace. It has a good sized furnished living/dining room, and modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, w/machine, microwave, & 2 fridge/freezers. The bright clean bathroom contains both a bath and, a completely separate, walk-in shower.

The low maintenance, long back garden with patio, is great for BBQs, and has a very safe padlocked shed, for bike storage. There's ample on-street car parking, for which a reasonably priced parking permit can be purchased (Parking is then free to anyone from 5pm-9am Mon-Sat, & all day Sunday).

The rent is £670 per month. Bills are not included and come to around £140ish per month. Our housemate is moving out mid august, so we'd like someone as close to then as possible but this move in date is slightly flexible.

About us:

We are both 29 and work in research. We are super social, get on super well and hang out together, watch TV/socialize in the evenings and weekends, but also like our own space and do our own things. We're seeking a like-minded individual, who's easy-going, clean, independent, and considerate and enjoys spending time with their housemates.
