This 3-floor house plus basement is newly built in 2021, situated at a quiet area away from the main street in Eddington, ~3 min walk away from Sainsbury's and two bus stops (U bus). It is modern with a fully fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, ample storage space), 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suites, 1 family bathroom, 1 ground floor toilet, 2 reception rooms, utility room (with washer/dryer), bike shed, garden, and a basement garage which has the space for one car. Each room has its own thermostat so you can control the heat levels in each individual room. The house also has an air recycling system and solar panels. We currently have Sky Ultrafast Plus for the broadband, so excellent for working from home.
The room (~3.5*3.5 m^2) is an en-suite on the top floor (2nd floor). It is with carpeted wooden flooring, underfloor heating and has an access to a balcony. The room is designed to allow ample amount of daylight from the window and the balcony door. The room faces toward the backyards of other houses in the area.
The three people who will live in the house are PhD students (they/them, he/him, and he/him). We are looking for a clean and quiet person (we are quite particular about cleanliness/hygiene, and one occupant is especially sensitive to noises; due to disability reasons, there will be some restrictions, please contact for more information). We are also looking for a person who feels comfortable communicating their needs directly. In spare time, we do theatre, writing, art, and music (singing, violin etc.).
