Room for rent

Hello, I have a room available in a 2 second floor apartment. The apartment itself is two bedrooms. It does come unfurnished. The communal areas include the bathroom and kitchen and the living room. You will have access to the WiFi and the rent listed in including everything for the property. AKA(council, rent, utilities, etc…). I do have a cat he’s very well behaved and will not disturb you or go in your room or the house if you don’t want to. I’m generally looking for a clean person and preferably for short term but I’m open to a longer stay 😊. The first room you see after the living room space is the spare bedroom available.
