Double bedroom- 3 bed house- Riverside area

We are sharing this again due to someone dropping out.

We have one lovely double bedroom available in our three person house share. The property is situated on a quiet road near midsummer common.

We are two young professionals (British/Dutch) working in dietetics and engineering. We are a sociable and friendly house who enjoy spending time together, including watching a good series and cooking together occasionally. We are also respectful and appreciate each others space and schedules.

Ilse
I'm Ilse, I moved over to the UK from the Netherlands for uni in 2019. I enjoy reading fantasy books, watching movies and series, and being creative. I go to zumba most Saturdays with friends and try to also do pilates when I can. I work at the hospital as a paediatric oncology dietetic assistant and also work at a pub on Saturdays!

Harrison
I'm Harrison, I'm an avid music listener and spend a lot of time at gigs in Cambridge and London. I attempt to play golf when I can and am a big Huddersfield Town FC fan. I work as a project manager for civil engineering company, working a mix of office, home and site.

The house is fully furnished and the room includes a double bed, wardrobe and a desk. Parking on the road is available with a parking permit. Rent is approximately £553.50 pcm and bills are not included (approx £60 pcm). The council tax band is D. The deposit is £653.

The property includes a beautiful garden area, which is lovely for sitting out during the summer.

We are looking for someone to take over our housemate's tenancy from April onwards. The tenancy ends in July, but it is possible to extend this and sign on for another year(s).
