Spare room in affordable house, great location

Hello!
One of our housemates is moving out next month so we are looking for a friendly professional to fill the void! (To ideally move in from 12th May).
Rent is £580 per month. All bills are included (although the internet is paid separately, c.£8 each per month). It is a spacious 3 bedroom house with a nice garden and a large driveway.
There is a full bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs.
Combined living room/dining room and there is also a kitchen with lots of utensils including a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The house has a utility room with storage space.
The house is very close to the Cambridge train station and to the town centre.
We are looking for a friendly housemate who would be keen to join us.
