The current co-tenants are 3 professional males (biotech scientist, NHS worker and IT engineer) looking for calm and friendly housemate.
The house is well located near Mill Rd and the Central Mosque. It is 20 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes walk from Sainsbury's and 10 minutes walk from Asda.
The rent is £700 pcm including all bills, city council tax and broadband.
