The tenants in the property are international professional (2 x females & 1 male - Spanish, Columbian and Portugese) aged between mid 20s to mid 30s.

Non-smoker (smoking not allowed in the house) clean, quiet, tidy and considerate person is preferred. Short-term tenancy welcome.
