Looking for a female to replace me

Hello, I'm looking for someone to replace me in my 5 bed house. The house includes, a shared living area (living room, dining room, and kitchen), with two bathrooms, 4 other housemates all girls, the bedroom I am advertising is a small double but there is a lot of storage space around the house and it comes with a built in closet, desk, bed. Preferably looking for someone who could move in ASAP. Bills are different every month but no more tan £100 usually. Tenancy finishes on the 21st August.
