Small terraced three bed house parking on street. The shower room with no bath to share with occupier. downstairs a small W. C. the kitchen is well kitted out and with modern gadgets. Bus route to tesco, Sainsbury, station, town, hospital, mill road stop all at the start of my street. BP garage across road with access to budgets also co-op in walking distance.
don't mind if it is shift work but no night.

I would have to ad community tax as at present if I take a lodger my tax will go up, I am a band C. all other facilities would be covered with the rental at present but may need to ask for a rise if the bills go higher than before.
