Double Room in Spacious Modern House

We are looking for a female professional to share with two other female professsionals and an adorable West Highland White Terrier, in this peaceful, friendly house.

The room has a double bed, blackout curtains, bedside cabinet, shelving unit, desk/dressing table, double wardrobe and extra large storage cupboard. It over looks the recently landscaped back garden in a quiet location.

Shared areas are kept tidy and clean and include kitchen-diner (with use of your own fridge), utility room (for drying clothes and extra storage), living room, bathroom (with bath and shower), and back garden.

We don't cook meat in the kitchen. We are looking for someone who is happy to do the same. Fish is fine though. Pre-cooked cold meat and meat takeaways can be eaten in the house however.

You'll have your own car parking space on the drive if needed and indoor secure bike storage.

We are a friendly respectful household and tend to have a shared meal/movie/games night every month or so. This isn't a wild party house.

The rent includes all bills - electricity, gas, water, council tax and WiFi.

The house is near Newmarket Road, within easy reach of the Cambridge Science Park, Business Park and A14. There are local food shops just round the corner, as well as most major supermarkets a few minutes away.

Cambridge city centre is a 15 minute cycle along the river. There are also regular Citi3 buses straight into town.

The idyllic River Cam, Ditton meadows and Fen Ditton are a short walk.
