Double room in a house share CB1

Hello!

Me and two friends are looking for a 4th person to share the house with.

This is a victorian house with 5 rooms, living room, kitchen, garden, and 1 bathroom. We are a group of hard-working people but we also like to hang out and enjoy each other's company at dinner.

Rent - £585,5
Water - £13,15
Energy - £43,15
Council Tax - £200 Household Total

We are looking for someone that values a clean and tidy house, and that contributes to a respectful and comfortable environment. We are 2 PhD students and 1 worker and it is really important for us to find someone like-minded!

As a household, we like to visit the pub, go out for chai, watch a movie or have dinner (in or out) togethers, from time to time.

We have a cat, so the person staying with us should like cats/not have any allergies. It would be great to find someone that is careful with doors and windows so that the cat does not run away.
