Sunny and spatious room close to Misummer Commons

We have a sunny and spacious room available in a large house shared with 4 other PhD students, very close to Midsummer Commons and the boat houses. The room is priced at £600 per month, with an additional £70 for all utilities. We are an all-student house, so we are exempt from council tax. I have been living in the room for 3 years. The house has a very large garden and living room, a very nice and well-equipped kitchen, and you can pet the neighbors' cat when he's visiting us. The room was originally unfurnished, so I’d be looking for someone willing to take over my furniture as I will be moving abroad.

The house has quite a lot of amenities, including a dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer, garage, large garden, large living room with projector, and a barbecue.

The room will be available from about mid July onwards, with a little bit of flexibility.
