A room has become available in a friendly house share. Off Mill Road, close to shops and bus routes.

Fully furnished.

Please note the photos of the room include a small desk, headphones, chair and monitor screen - these belong to the existing tenant and are not staying.

There is shared use of lounge kitchen bathroom(2).

In total the house will have 4 housemates. . Three of the current housemates are female.

Either a professional male or female would be considered.

There is a cleaning rota and everyone in the house is expected to do their share. The housemates have made a supportive home rather than just a collection of rooms and, so are looking for someone who would be comfortable with living in a social friendly environment .

The rent is £575 and includes all bills.
Deposit is £575
