Just off Hills Road (opposite Homerton College), we are close for railway station, town centre, Addenbrookes and the Cambridge Leisure complex. House has small lounge, kitchen, downstairs toilet with laundry and garden, in a quiet cul-de-sac. The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers. The house has all mod cons, as well as a washer, dryer, dishwasher, wired 350mB broadband in every room plus wireless.. We also have a weekly cleaner for communal areas only. Rent: £900 per month all-inclusive - no bills to pay!! Two parking spots are available on a first come first served basis although currently only one person in the house has a car.
