Availability The room is available for occupancy for the month of August and half of September. If a few extra days are needed, I can be flexible.
House Rules I am looking for a tenant who is clean, polite, and quiet. We have a weekly cleaning rota that must be adhered to.
Housemates You will be sharing the house with three other tenants, aged between 23 and 29 years.
