King size room to let to a female student

Hi there ,
I am looking for a lodger for a maximum term of 12 months , preferably student.
I live here on my own with my lovely jack russell dog and friendly cat so you must like pets :)
I am within walking distance to Cambridge North train station.
Bus stop (city1) is 200m away and will take you to city centre within 15 - 20 mins , depending on traffic.
All bills included
Driveway also available

I use the living room for work , however there is a front room that is of a nice size and has table and chairs
